determine following diagnoses: myopia (shortsightedness) from
0 to -25 D, hypermetropia (farsightedness) from 0 to -25 D,
presbyopia (age-related changes), astigmatism (plain, compound,
complex), after surgical operation, for example, cataract
(lenticular opacity) both with lens or without it, the distance
between pupil of the eye is also measured. Glasses are being
chosen according to the prescription.
 Besides
all above-mentioned, ANAR OPTIK firm uses keratometer and
biomicroscope devices by TOPCON. Doctors use keratometer to
determine basic curvature of cornea, which is important to
prescript contact lenses (both optical and colored). Biomicroscope
is used to examine the state of cornea and the position of
lens on cornea, since otherwise it can complicate the state.
In order to examine eyesight we use the device, projecting
symbols, which substitutes ophthalmologic table. It is easy
to call any table from the big variety with the help of remote
control. It is necessary to know that if there is lack or
delay of eyesight correction of any kinds and values, there
is probability of rise of such effects as amblyopia (weakening
of eyesight caused by inactivity), disorders of binocular
vision. As a result of this it is important to diagnose the
clinical refraction and prompt optimal optical correction
